Rusty Gibbs is a life long resident of North Carolina and a ten year resident of Charlotte. Upon graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he began a career in computer sales in London, England gaining awards in both sales and customer service. Returning to North Carolina in 1999 and moving to Charlotte, Rusty spent 5 years as a construction manager at a large commercial construction company gaining a vast knowledge of the construction industry. For 10 years he has been using this knowledge to buy, renovate and sell his own investment properties. In 2004 he became a licensed Real Estate Broker, to pass this knowledge onto his clients. Rusty primarily works in Uptown and the surrounding neighborhoods of Charlotte, focusing on historic and bungalow home sales, investment purchases, urban condo living, and modern GREEN development. He also handles the sales of Element, an award winning eco-friendly single family homes development.
