Following a succesful career in sales and marketing for an international commercial insurance company, Cara entered the real estate world in 2004 and made a quick name for herself by becoming the Rookie of the Year for her high volume of sales. Since then she has consistently received top producer and customer service awards for her work in the industry. Previously living in a popular bungalow home neighborhood, she has now moved inside the loop and made Center City her home. Cara has worked on the sales team of one of Historic Fourth Ward's largest condo developments (Fifth and Poplar) and specializes in assisting buyers and sellers in the Center City condo market as well as single family homes in Charlotte's popular surrounding neighborhoods. She is also an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist which is a designation given to a broker who meets specific criteria in regards to the sales and marketing of luxury properties and who has passed a course dedicated to education on working on high end real estate transactions. Cara is also an avid runner and donates a majority of her free time to local non profit organizations.
